We were only joking when we said about feeding nim lard to sabotage him
In all seriousness though you can't lose half a stone every week and to lose I think it was 7% of your body weight in 3 weeks is amazing even if you had a small gain this weekI am a Mortgage Adviser

STS for me this week. Kind of expected... Too freaking cold to go for runs this week!! 2 fast days completed but the other days werent particulary diet friendly!
Another Jillian fan
Well done to everyone who has kept the diet up this week!0 -
I watched the third and last episode of the Horizon diet programme last night and this is normal
Something to do with metabolism adjusting.
I think the second helpimg of sunday dinner with the trimmings, adding a sausage or two to breakfast at work each day and not avoiding the biscuit tin will play some part in it tooharas_nosirrah wrote: »We were only joking when we said about feeding nim lard to sabotage him

Not lard, i had a parmo last night, breaded chicken escalope drowning in bechamel(sp?) sauce then covered in a thick layer of melted cheese. I suspect this alone is responsible for gain instead of an stsThis was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

Hi everyone, STS for me. I'm actually quite pleased with that given the lack of exercise this week and the overindulging at the weekend. Need to aim for at least 30 minutes exercise every evening once the kids are in bed and get myself back into motion!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0

Some amazing losses everyone! Puts my paltry 1.4lbs to shame!
I've had a bit of a bad day today. OH has had some bad news that his job might not be safe...so I used it as an excuse to eat a chocolate cupcake at work, then followed it with pizza, chips and onion rings post gym for dinner! The saving grace is that the exercise has minimised the damage and MFP only has me 75 calories over for today.
I'm given myself a stern talking to and now have a few days to get back on track ready for next weeks weigh in. It's MIL's birthday on Monday, which will no doubt involve cake and naughty food, so best start preparing myself for it now!0 -
224 here which is minus 1lb I believe....(I'm weighing here on a Wed, and FB for a Fri for another 2 weeks so I'm confused which is at what! lol)..... it's a bit of a miracle anyway, my get up and go has got up and gone, I've not even logged on MFP
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0 -
Well I guess I won't officially count until next Wednesday, but can report I've put on 1lb since I weighed myself on Friday. So now 153lbs down from 158 since the beginning of jan which is definitely better than nothing! Must be better behaved!
