I'm using the fitbit app to track everything and started counting calories (boooooo) Can you link your fitbit to MFP?

Yes you definitely can. Just log into myfitnesspal under apps from the home screen while using your computer. Also, you don't have to use the calorie counter on fitbit dashboard. Everything would link up to my fitnesspal.

For me I have been generally good the past week. Not managed to go to the gym as i now commute to work and i am generally too exhausted to go anywhere on the weekend (froze my gym membership ;).

On Saturday, the OH called me and told me about a winter deal on pizzahut and offered to order it for me and send to my house. He is such a sweetheart but i found out that my weight gain coincided with when i met him as we eat out whenever we see and he is always treating me to goodies. To be fair, he got me the fitbit flex so I am not really complaining :D. I declined the over by the way. I must say, it was very difficult.

I weighed myself this morning and i have lost 177 -174.4 = 2.6 pounds this week alone and 3.3 pounds in total. Not bad!:D

Not a great loss, but a loss.

Haven't done so much exercise this week, which clearly shows.

    Morning all,

So pleased I've lost 1lb this week :j (although technically I put on 2lbs by Sunday and then lost 3lbs in 3 days).

So next week I just have to not put on anything and then I'd get a much higher loss.

Very excited to see who is biggest loser this week (obviously it won't be me)

    Morning all,

Remembered to weigh myself this morning!! :D

Pleased (finally), with the results too. I have lost 1.4lbs this week. Not quite the 2lb I was aiming for, but it's a steady and healthy loss. And I haven't exercised much this week. And I have had two bad meals...so I now weigh 147.4lb, a net of 0.4lb under my starting weight

Tonight is Body HIIT, so be prepared for a whiny, "OMG I ache so much" post tomorrow

Aiming to do the same this week. Thanks for all the support everyone, I love this group. I'm fairly sure I would have given up by now after last weeks 2lb gain. Learning to get a handle on my Feaster bad habits, finally!
  • Hello all,
    STS

for me. I'd like to say it's because of my half mara but in reality I know it's because work is getting me down again and although I'm not eating on the scale I did before, I am starting to say, "sod it, it's only 200 cals over" more than a couple of times a week. I'll be damned if the little oiks are going to make me fat on top of making me miserable :mad::mad:

Hope everyone else has had a better week :(
