Dead jealous about meeting Jillian, I am addicted to watching the biggest loser. Have her 30 day shred at home too this is going to be my Saturday workout from now on.

I lost
2lbs
this week. Try not to be so down Tete. You must be so fit and I'd rather be fit to be honest. There is no way I could even run a 1/4 marathon!
Who is Jillian? She sounds great

Another one who's jealous of you meeting Jillian shrimpy!
Have lost 1lb this week, which I'm happy with. Have taken a break from the exercise this week as I'm not feeling too great; combination of mother nature visiting, insomnia and having mild anxiety is not condusive to working your way through 50 minutes of cardio and strength training.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -

Jillian Michaels, the lady of 30 Day Shred fameBut she's also just a super awesome BAMF.
Don't blame you for taking a rest from exercise, Ruby! Hope you're feeling better soon
Just started snowing here again so I'm super excited for mine and Ryder's walk this afternoon! Also need to give the house a good clean as my Sister and her husband are staying over tomorrow night and as I'm meeting them for dinner I won't have time to spruce the place up tomorrow!0 -
Hi all,
I am so sorry I have been MIA for last couple of weeks (apart from last Wednesday's weigh in!) - I have two interviews tomorrow and Friday for a big career change, and am up to my eyeballs in reading, presentation prep and stress at the mo. No good for keeping updated on here, but great for weight loss!
Have lost 3lb this week, taking total to -7lb so far, now 173lb. Hope I can sustain it next week when stress levels return to normal... lol!
Will enjoy myself scrolling back through this and other subscribed threads over the weekend, miss catching up on everyone's news and progress xx#21 Save £12k in 2025 £16977.35/£20000

1.2lb off this week. Not what I hoped for (I beat myself up on anything less than 2lb) but I had my first day off the diet yesterday, went out as a family for the day and while I was good and had a small soup and a roll for lunch, I followed it up with a piece of cheesecake, and half of DDs cake too... then out for dinner and had chicken in a very bland creamy sauce (which meant I left a lot I guess) and some very good chips, puddings were dire so again I didn't eat that so that's a positive. I guesstimated 3000 calories for the day, While we went for a walk DD (very unusually) refused to walk so we only ended up doing 0.7 miles, when we got back we realised her boots had leaked and her feet were soaked, can't blame her for wanting to go back to the car when your feet are wet and there's snow and ice on the ground! So not very DFW but today I need to buy DD some lined wellies as she doesn't have anything waterproof at present, and NIM some wellies and me some form of warm flat boots, as I was walking in suede boots with a low heel yesterday as I don't even have a pair of trainers and after 15 years my walking boots finally gave up the ghost a few months ago.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

#53 reporting a meagre loss of 0.5lbs.
A bit disappointed but at least it's not a gain. I still need to get my head around being more active.0
