Good Morning All
Well done to all the losers
On the debt front I cleared a £59217 plus £5871 interest totalling £65085 via a DMP. Paid in full with no F&Fs over four years and three months.
In April 2013 I started on a lower carb diet and over a year lost 3st 9lb. Have yo yo'd about for the past for the past six months and have gained 2 stone back. Probably as I was debt free I relaxed in terms of takeaways and the dreaded booze tipple.
Still at 1st 8lb weight loss from where I was a 1 yr 9 months ago but want to get back on track so may I join you please?

Morning all! Just 0.5lb loss this week.
It's only a sneeze's worth really, but at least it's not a gain! I haven't been very motivated to get off my fat bum and do much the last couple of nights and been sneaking treats in so I didn't expect to do well. I need a slap!
Big hugs for work making you miserable Tete. I do love your way with words though! Well done on your first half marathon of the year too!
ETA: Jealous of you seeing Jillian Shrimpy! What was the show? Just her shouting at you that 'Pain is fear leaving the body' for 2 hours?! She was on This Morning last week (I think) and someone said 'Oh, you can just add gentle exercise into your day, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator'. Her face was a picture as she tried to control herself from ripping that person's head off!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Good morning all
#41 checking in with 188.4 this morning. A loss of 1.8lb ☺. Still doing the 5:2 diet which is something I think I will be able to stick with, unlike the other diets I have tried.

AMAZING! You're living the dream, Shrimpy
Sorry you're feeling so down, TeteBut like Shrimpy said you RAN A HALF MARATHON! Screw the weight, you're fighting fit and I'd take being able to run like you over losing weight any day. Don't forget to take some self-care time where you can x
Awesome weight loss, Lulu and everyone!
STS over here this week, which I'm not surprised with. I did my measurements though and I've still lost 3" all over, so I'm not that mad at allOnwards for next week! Determined to be in the 160's!
Going to work on getting MFP all back up to date today. If anyone wants to add me my username (lucifer knows why) is coffeeandkisses0 -
Morning!
Today's weigh in is 159.5lb / 3lb loss which makes up for staying the same last week.
It's also nice to be under 160lb (just!) so I'm setting myself lots of mini goals to keep up motivation. I'm going to treat myself to cinema trip tomorrow and maybe a facial when I get under 11stone - just another 6lbs to go...
It's really great to hear how everyone's getting in and what they're doing - or not doing - to lose the weight.
Shrimpy, so jealous about Jillian - did she really give you the secrets to change your life?!
Keep it up, peeps!LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Poddle - she actually was incredible
Although she gave us homework! There was a bit about diet and fitness but mainly it was about teaching your potential and knowing what your goals are in life. She is also really really funny! My girl crush is now officially out of control...
