  • Number 3 signing in. Loss of 4lb going from 224 down to 220. Quite happy with that but not expecting much this week as it is my birthday on sun and am doing something on fri, sat and sun so good to get a decent loss in before probably undoing a lot of it next week

Happy Birthday to everyone who has just had a birthday or has one coming up. Seems like loads of you :D

I am struggling big time at the moment and just cant seem to shift these last few lbs. I have been pretty bad this week and just seem so unsettled somehow :( Keep picking at everything and had a chocolate blow out on Sunday :eek:Regretted it straight away but at the time it had to be done sadly :(
Still going to the gym and running and playing touch rugby and STILL cant shift it so must be going way over my intake on food.

Oh well another week has started lets hope I can start a fresh

So STS for me this week still 10.4lbs

    Good luck to all

  • No surprise to me as haven't been at all focussed with either diet or exercise for last couple of weeks, but have gained 2lb! Now back up to 176lb, going well and truly in the wrong direction...

No more excuses, time to start attacking this properly. I know what I need to do, so need to JUST DO IT!

Well done to all the losers / STS'ers, and keep going everyone.

Morning all! Totallt forgot about weigh-in so had to use the scales at work (with shoes still on), bearing in mine they come up heavier than my home scales it looks like a STS at 166.5lb. My body seems to have decided that this is it's default setting now so I have to do something to shock it into losing some! :o

Have to admit that Wednesday weigh-ins just don't seem to be doing it for me. Not enough time to battle the sins of the weekend, then I can't stay on track after the weigh in because what's the point?! :o

Many hugs for work being so sh!tty Tete, have a good rant on t'other thread if you don't want to derail this one. :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

I weigh in on Friday but post my weight loss here on the Wednesday after. Maybe that will work for you.

A loss of 1.25lbs for me this week, yay!

A total of 4.75lb in January, was hoping for 6lbs loss really but I still haven't got into exercising regularly yet.

Morning everyone, I've lost 0.5lbs this week, taking me to 153.5. It may not be much but it does mean that for the first time I am in the 10 stone bracket! Only just but still, it counts!

And Birdie, I actually weigh in on a Monday so I have no time to deal with sins from the weekend! Makes me even more determined to try and stick to plan.

I have been trying to be generally more active so it is definitely paying off is probably more but have had TOTM this week.
