Rampant Recycler I've been Money Tipped!
Wow Cinny I want that burger!

We're going out for a meal before we see Queen next week and I know that will be choc-full of calories! I'm off for the whole day, though so I can work up a sweat in the day :)

Feeling rubbish today, this shoulder pain is driving me mental. I managed my squats and push up challenges last night but abs is a no-go until I'm better as I can't lift myself up without screaming :rotfl: I'm disappointed because I enjoyed it but I don't want to hurt myself even more so I will start from day 1 when it stops hurting.

Is anyone treating themself for mini milestones? I think if I reach my goal for this challenge I might get a new tattoo, but I need to decide what I want first - I've got the bug now :o

I sure as frick am! First goal is 160lb :) First treat is hair henna, second is 145lb and a switch to vegan make up, third is 135lb and I'll probably need a new pair of jeans! Then when I get to the bitter end of 128lb, I get a super pretty CK (damn Cath!) dress for all my hard work :)

Also on a spending ban for as much of the year as possible when it comes to personal things (basically, anything that isn't food or fuel!) so trying to group the goal treats with things I'll actually need :o

This is where I'm going, Birdie :) It's one of my favourite places now! They do the peanut butter burger too, along with pretty much everything else? (bar yorkshires!)

Didn't think of pre-treatfood exercise, Lulu! Will be taking Ryder out for a long walk with them in the afternoon before we go so that will burn something :) (also leave Ryder nicely tired for some time alone while we're out!)

Looks good Cinny, although their website needs serious work, the spelling and grammar leave little to be desired! ;)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Is it only me who thinks that burger sounds too sweet?! I do like sweet savoury but more on the sweet curry variety or garlic mushrooms on brioche... but I don't like doughnuts so maybe that's it! I tried to imagine a burger in two cookies instead but that idea made me want to be sick.

NIM very kindly did the chart again for me last night as I'm struggling to keep on top of work, house and kids - debt management isn't even getting a look in at the moment, so it's handy if he can do the chart some weeks.
    Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81
    Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off
    Met NIM 23/06/2008

Haha, tell me about it! Although I will admit I pay more attention to the menu and instagram pictures :p

I think the burger just sounds a little OTT more than too sweet! But I don't find glazed doughnuts to be that sickly-sweet like I do other doughnuts. It's just like having it on sweet bread really. If the doughnuts don't spark your interest, there is a waffle burger :p

Just weighed as wasn't home yesterday

    I'm now 10stone 7....think that's a gain.

    I promise I'll be good this week ;) x

    Nope slight loss missus.

Right sitting down to do the chart now, should be able to post it today assuming last weeks gremlins have been properly exterminated.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

    Hi all,

I watched the Horizon programme on dieting and took the test too. Apparently I don't fall into any of the 3 categories and it suggests:

"There may be something else about your lifestyle or eating that causes you to be overweight, such as big portions, snacking, high fat foods, too much time sitting down, or lack of exercise.

Try keeping a food diary to note down when you eat and how you feel at the time – you may be able to match your food and feelings to one of these diet groups.

You could choose another diet, one that will fit in with your eating patterns and lifestyle, rather than whatever is top of the bestseller list, and use recommended strategies to help you stick to it."

I'm going for lack of exercise :)

shrimpy I'm planning on mini milestone rewards :)
First stone - work out top in Sainsburys
second stone - this will get me under 200lbs, and aim is to do it for my friends wedding so I can buy a fancy dress :D
I need something for 175..... maybe a massage...
150 - harry potter studio tour, I'm dying to go back!
Goal weight - is a tattoo... my mother will then murder me so it's all irrelevant... lol.

I'd been feeling really bleh today, commiserated with chocolate and crisps! Which is even more annoying now I've written down those goals, think I need to write them somewhere I can see them more!

I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
