Sorry, I'm convinced I posted yesterday but can't find it 0lbs lost this week, but I guess at least it's not a gain. I lost 3lbs last week and that's a lot for me so guess it has just balanced out a bit.

Morning all,
As feared I have gained this week. +2lb  I think some of this is probably water retention from my killer HIIT exercise last night, but a lot is from being a naughty pudding and eating waaay to much :P
So, I am now heavier than my original start weight. Really going to have to pull this out of the bag now to make amends. Goal is 2lb off this week, to get me back to neutral! I've reactivated my MFP account, and I counted everything yesterday and managed to be 200 cals under for my daily target. But think that was 'cos of the heavy exercising I did yesterday. Makes a bit of leeway if I want a weekend treat though I suppose!
I can hardly walk this morning. Who said exercise was good for you?!?!0 -
Just weighed as wasn't home yesterday
I'm now 10stone 7....think that's a gain.
I promise I'll be good this weekx

Phew, I'm glad I checked in with my weight on time so I didn't get a slap on my wrist!
Nicedream- I have to run the cakey biscuity gauntlet most days too! The problem with working in a big office is that there are often birthdays/weddings/leavers to be celebrated! Tomorrow one of the girls on my team is leaving so she's bringing in cake and we're going for lunch. Will have to be super good for dinner and not go mad over the weekend to make up for it!The good thing is that about a quarter of the office are in the Biggest Loser competition so the random 'just because' sweets and biscuits floating about have decreased as everyone wants to win! We're all discussing healthy lunch options and exercise programmes instead!

No change here.
Time of the month though so sort of expected. (sorry if thats TMI lol.)
I've been thinking about joining a gym since before Christmas! but I'm wondering whether to just save that money and buy myself a cross trainer instead as that's mostly what I'll use...Decisions decisions... planning on starting over with 30DS while I make a decision

Most of my colleagues are taking a "January diet? Pah!" approach Birdie and bingeing on chocolate.
Is anyone treating themself for mini milestones? Morning everyone!
Still not seen the diet show! We spend most of our nights watching Scandal then put one little show on when we go to bed. Last night OH chose Pale, Scared and Ignorant (or, angry, white and proud by the TV listings) which I had zero interest in. So I faffed around on MFP to see the average calories I'm eating (just out of curiosity, need to watch myself with a history of ED - best to just stick to healthy changes!) and I'm accidentally coming in a little under which would probably explain the food meltdown and my very vivid description of super fluffy toast last night. So upped my snacks for today, and I'm planning on "clean" pancakes for dinner
I have a confession to make.. in 8 days time I will be consuming a burger where the bun either side is a...... whole glazed donut :happyhear It's going to be gross, it's going to be sickly. There's bacon and maple syrup in the mix! It's actually helping me keep my diet as clean as possible in the run up. It's also a family meal as a surprise for my Sister and her Hubby so the diet can wait for one day0 -
My current office isn't too bad for avoiding cake etc as I'm in the basement and they keep all the goodies in the kitchen upstairs which I hardly visit as the microwave is in the kitchen on the floor above that (the joys of working in a converted mansion house).
However in my new job I'm going to be based with the IT department where everyone brings them cake to bribe them to do stuff. I'm usually the one bringing the cakes but this time I'm going to be the one receiving it. That burger sounds ace Cinny! Where are you going for it? There's a restaurant near me that does doughnut-bun burgers, but it also has PB&J in it and I don't fancy that! There's another place that does the Yorkshire burger with Yorkshire pud buns!
I need to think of a treat for when I lose a stone Shrimpy! Not sure what it should be though...Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
