*Peeps in the door* This is where you've all gone to!
Can I join please. I am currently at 139lbs and want to get to 122lbs. The same as yourself Dinah, and Kavics too. So that is a loss of 17lbs.
I plan to do it by healthy eating and Bokwa. I don't seem to put on weight quickly or lose it quickly so I think this might take me until Dec!
We are saving for a house and paying off debt too so me bring frugal will probably help with my waistline.
Hello to everyone I don't know! I am a busy Mammy of 2 children and I am an emotional eater. I mainly eat when I am bored or just mindlessly plough through food while watching the TV in the evening!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
DFD:Nov 22/June 22
Mortgage: €199,712
MFD: March 2042/July 20340 -
I couldn't do 5:2 before. This time I'm on a heartbreak diet, I have no appetite and need to force myself just to eat something. Obviously I don't mind as I'm losing weight finally although much prefer to be content.0

Just a 0.75lb loss for me but not too disappointed as I agree with Cinny that this just means a good loss next week (especially if I focus a little more!). Just to keep track now at 185.25
After all the positive comments on here I think I'm going to give the squat challenge a go, supposed to be doing them anyway to strengthen my hip. Not brave enough for the abs or press up challenges:o0 -
