Yesterday I nearly had a meltdown, I forgot a snack when I went to the cinema so when I left I just felt hangry. Started thinking about all the food I couldn't eat and was on the verge of tears by the time I got home :rotfl: Then to add insult to injury I had to go back out to buy more spinach :o When all I wanted, what I really wanted, was fried chicken skewers in peanut sauce :heart2:

Just curious, along with weight and measurements, is anyone taking progress photos?
Yes but no hope I'd ever post them but it should be good to look back on.

That's a bit of a strong reaction love, no diet is worth losing your marbles over. Next time just have a small popcorn and think no more about it, it's fairly diet friendly of all the cinema nibbles.

On the subject of fake pizza - we use a tortilla wrap with tomato puree and a thin grating of cheese. You can also get thinly sliced mozzarella at 59 cals a slice - 3 or 4 of them will cover your wrap nicely and then throw on any veggies or some wafer thin ham - pizza for under 400 calories!

  • What a scare with Gracie, hope you're all ok. Im another one taking photos but don't think I'll post them anywhere!! Also taking measurements but only sporadically (as in, have only done the starting ones so far!)

Not looking forward to weigh in. I haven't been that bad but just not feeling slim for some reason!

2lb off. Current weight is 157,2 lb.
  • Yay! I remembered to weigh this morning.

    Checking in with a -4.2

    Pretty pleased with this.

I was recommended Bootea by a very good friend, but when I looked into them they have caffeine in the day ones and I can't have caffeine. So, I've been having a three mint pukka tea and last night picked up the pukka detox, both caffeine free. Will do them like the bootea principle.

Good luck with the weigh in's today people!
