Mushrooms are disgusting so it will be chicken pizza for me
That's a good idea about the cauli, Birdie. Has anybody tried making Courgetti? (courgette spaghetti) I really want to try it but I need a recommendation.
Grassgirl - don't worry, exercise won't turn you into a she-hulk or anything. Even lifting weights won't do that if you don't want it to. your muscles won't be more prominent but you'll appear more toned as there will be less fat hiding them!
Ruby I can now actually do push-ups! on day 8 of the challenge and it's hard enough for me to feel it but easy enough that I can actually do it.
Birdie I always found getting up to do exercise the hardest thing. Sometimes if I didn't feel like it I'd make myself and I'd feel better, other times I'd give in and let myself have a rest (that was my justification) but as long as I didn't do the latter all the time I wasn't fussed. I felt that I had more freedom with it.Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

Its super hard to get muscles grassgirl, I wouldn't worry! I'm sure I've seen that it's not possible to lose weight and gain muscle (one requires calorie loss and one calorie excess) at the same time which is why body builders go through phases of cutting and bulking.
Personally I'd love some, follow too many super buff girls on Instagram!
Making courgetti to go in prawn pho for tea, I love my new spiraliser so much!

Cross posts lulu! So far I've found it good with quite flavoursome sauces, ragu etc as I'm not a huge courgette lover. Tonight will be the first time trying it in a soup/broth. Will report back!

What is a spiraliser?! I like the idea of courgetti but really don't love courgette so not sure I'd actually enjoy it!
Just been sent a BBC Quiz by a workmate.Apparently I'm 56% Constant Craver.

I just came on here to mention this! There was a program on BBC2 last night called What's the right diet for you? It was pretty good and they figured out that there are three types of eaters and therefore came up with three strategies for dieting.
I am apparently a Constant Craver too and apparently intermittent dieting would work for a constant craver as you only have to be strict with the diet on 2 days out of 5. Think I might give this strategy a go next week.
I am dreading the weigh in tomorrow as I feel like I've not had a great week foodwise and last week's loss for big for me (3lbs) so I'm worried I won't have lost anything or could have put onLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Got myself a fitbit flex today with some vouchers I won at work. Have got it synced with MFP, I think, but still playing with the rest of it.
Not sure about the weigh in tomorrow. Had a bit of a heavy weekend, although only just went over my calories each day. Walked 3 and a bit miles too so hopefully the good outweighed the bad.Feb NST #4

Fmess - I read about this test in the daily mail today. I'm a constant craver too. I've done the 5:2 before and it was good but I wasn't too rigid with it. I think I am going to give it a go too.Feb NST #4

Since joining I've eaten well apart from ...
one meal of chips
one pasta meal with masses of cream sauce, no idea on the calories it was from work
and one bowl of noodles with butter.
no too bad, I don't think..although I don't think I'll have lost anything
I weigh daily when I can, I find it easier to stay on board that way - the days I fell off were when I knew I wasn't home to weight the next morning lol.. I'll get stricter, just stressed with work all hours by cutting down in Feb, cant wait
ok lovelies, thanks for the reassurance, I won't panicJanuary 2025 - Debt £20,0060 -
Hi all. Sorry for the extensive silence as well as still having a poorly little boy we had our little girl in hospital too with a strange and rapidly spreading rash, but thankfully that turned out to be nothing. Looking forward to all the weigh in's tomorrow - I have been adding people to the chart tonight.
Daydreamers and Monz I need starting weights please.
Had a reasonable week, I've gone slightly over a few days (by 100 or so calories) but myfitnesspal set my target as 1200, I'm sort of accepting if I need 1300 somedays when I've been tearing after the kids a bit more than usual then it's probably because I had a busier day, and it's a low target anyway so I should lose something anyway.
Exercise hasn't gone brilliantly, long walk in the park, an ice skate, that's it really! Need more hours in the day.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
