Whenever suits you - but for best view of results you should try for around the same time every weigh-in.

I always weight first thing in a morning, in my birthday suit after a visit to the 'little room'. But I actually weigh on a Monday morning, but don't report until Wednesday. I still have a week between visits to the scales, so it doesn't really make any difference I'm checking on a different day (and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person doing this).

Same here CW18 - on all accounts!

    Afternoon all

Went to the gym this morning and started the couch to 10k plan. Started on day 1 of week 4 and managed it fine, as long as I'm not too achey tomorrow I plan on doing another run tomorrow too.

Food has been ok and have my one meal a week off tonight as going out for Indian food :j

  • Hi everyone! I must admit to a few sneaky weigh-ins, which are looking very positive. Hope I'm not disappointed on Wednesday!! I did a long training run this morning for my half marathon next Sunday and burned over 800 cals ... So having sausages and cheesy mash for tea! Can't wait! Must admit I'm feeling much better already, stomach is so much less bloated - great incentive to keep going. Hope you're all having a saintly Saturday :D

  • Well after talking about feeling positive and motivated, I went and dipped into the leftover Christmas Quality Streets last night didn't I? :wall::EasterBun

Oh well, I've logged them (327 cals over target) and will draw a line under it. Today's another day, must not let it derail me totally!

Hope everyone else is staying strong (CINNY!!! ;))

    Hi everyone!

Hows everyone getting on? I dont think I will have done so great this week, been feeling really poorly so the exercise has been pretty much non existant. The only things I have kept up with is the 30 squat and abs challenge.

Another one here that had a weak moment last night and dipped well and truly into the left over chocolate, biscuits and anything else that wasn't nailed down
But today is another day and did a 10k trail hill run this morning at 8am  So hoping I may have run a few of them off and the damage wont be as bad :o I will just have to be ultra careful today as Wednesday is coming round a bit fast for my liking :rotfl:

    Good luck to all

Weekend away is finally done, had a lovely time but diet was well and truly out of the window

I've had 2 meals at Burger King, Scampi and chips at a pub and a pizza . Oh, and a piece of birthday cake... :(

And now I'm full of cold.

But it's not everyday your brother turns 21, so I'm drawing a line under it and tomorrow is another day. I have 2 days to do damage limitation. Having a cold won't help, as now all I want to do is sleep, and I imagine I'm going to battle at the thought of doing any exercise. Or even getting out of bed.

I might make myself a nice smoothie to get lots of vitamins and goodness into me. If I can manage to go into the kitchen and set up the genie :rotfl:

I thought I would test out weighing at a different time of day debate..............I usually do first thing in the morning,in the buff and after the loo! So last night just before bed I jumped on scales, placed along usual tile line,in the buff and after visit to loo.............ahhh panic! Weighed this morning in the usual routine and was 6lbs lighter than the night before! I guess weighing yourself at roughly the same time and in the same state of dress/undress is fine as it will be consistent, but if you are not a morning weigher, give yourself a boost as you are probably lighter than you think!

  • Oh heck I dread to think how much I must weigh at this moment in time then!! Today has been another bad day :o Fairly healthy meals but far too many coffees and chocolates. Busy roasting some beg for my couscous lunch tomorrow now ... Tomorrow is another day and another week!
