We're at pretty much the same starting weight, Archers :) Well done on the weight loss so far! Do you have a weight goal or are you just cutting back and seeing what happens?
I'd love to lose 40lbs to be around 10 stones, got down to 10.5 stone a couple of years back and looking at old photo from then I look good! I'm not sure how sustainable it'll be but I can try, aiming for 25lbs off first though. How about you?

Meant to be back at Body pump tonight but OH is creating some complex curry dish and if he doesn't hurry up I'll be too late!

I'm loving sparking water at the min Ruby, with a little squeeze of lime - am getting through bottles of the stuff!

Weigh in tonight for me. Know I have been mainly very good, with 2 blips, but I logically don't think my blips were to bad to cancel out my good. I just don't feel like I've lost at all. Fingers crossed for tonight though, for a pleasant surprise

I'm aiming for 50lb off, although I was happy around the 145lb mark, so I'm wondering why I picked 128lb as a target now?! :rotfl: Oh well, might trick my body into getting to 145lb with ease and never have the struggle of those "last 3lb" :p

Hope you made it to Body Pump!

Looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow too, Cheexy & Kathrynha :) Expecting about 2lb off, which is my ideal weekly loss so I'll be content with that!

Started off today with a spinach, kale, strawberry and blackberry juice and a the first coffee in daays. Almonds and apricots for the morning snack (my new favourite, been struggling with stomach grumbles these last few without it) making a cauliflower pizza for dinner and tea is baked lemon butter cod with capers and couscous. Just squats and dog walks for exercise, really need to get my butt on the cross trainer if I have time!

Ooh your juice sounds lovely! Have you tried the cauliflower pizza before? is it any good?

Thanks for the banana recipe kathrynha, hopefully I don't have too many left as OH and I adore bananas! Got two with me today, some carrots, some rice cakes and some breakfast biscuits so I think I'm set :)

I too am excited for weigh-in tomorrow, I weigh myself in front of my calendar and write it down so it also gives me the motivation to make that number as small as possible in case people see it :rotfl:

Started week 2 of squat challenge yesterday, a mere 50 compared to the 90 on Sunday but I can definitely see and feel a difference. Yesterday was rest day for push ups and abs so back on them tonight!

Can't wait to see the spreadsheet this week, everyone looks to be on the right track! Dinah93 I hope your little one is feeling better today x

This is the first try! Been looking around at what feels like a million recipes, I really want it to be beautiful the first try so I can have it often. I miss pizza so much! Will report back on it, with the link to the recipe if anyone's interested :)

Like the idea of weighing in front of a calendar! Totally with you on the squats too, day 13 for me and I'm loving what feels like easy results? Switching it up from tomorrow with weights on the arms and more of a squat press.

I've always wanted to try Cauliflower pizza Cinny (or garlic 'bread') but I don't have a microwave and all the recipes I've seen say that you have to nuke it in order to cook the cauliflower properly otherwise it goes really mushy. Might still give it a go though depending on how your one turns out.

Have you tried pizza topped chicken to get rid of the craving - flattened chicken breast baked in the oven for 20 minutes, add tomato puree and then toppings of your choice and bake till the cheese melts. It's a poor substitue I know but it seems to keep OH on the straight and narrow!

Rather proud of myself that I managed to do 32 proper pushups last night when I was struggling to do 1 about 2 weeks ago! Onwards and downwards!

Kathrynha- mushroom pizzas sound yummy! As do the chicken alternatives Ruby! :)

Ruby- couldn't you just pop the cauli on a baking tray and dry it out in the oven for a bit instead of nuking?

Grassgirl- as your muscles grow your fat will disappear so you'll just be firm and lovely. :) You're not going to turn into a body builder, you'll just be toned, which is a good thing! :)

I need to up my exercise and get some muscle! :o I just haven't felt like it (other than the squat challenge) thanks to stupid lady nonsense but hopefully after tomorrow's no doubt shockingly poor weigh-in, I'll feel inspired to up my effort!
