lulu - I have a massive box of ferrero rocher that my parents gave me at Christmas and I'm limiting myself to one a night with a cup of peppermint tea as a treat. Once they're gone that's it!

Well done to everyone that's lost this week!

Got to say, I think those of you that can open chocolates and limit yourself to one or two a day are very disciplined. I can't do that at all. An opened box is an eaten box for me :(

Sorry for the quietness yesterday, my little boy went into hospital with bronchiolitis. As he was early chest infections are likely to hit him harder than a term baby. Luckily we were allowed home late last night, although as it's likely to get worse before it gets better so we might go in again. NIM very kindly did the chart for me last night so he will post that shortly.

Because I was in hospital I hardly ate yesterday and myfitnesspal wouldn't let me log the entry as it was too low in calories!

  • just to make it easier for you dinah on the mortgage free wanabee board they have a form (mortgage free wanabee 2015) which the challengers put in their challenger number, the amount of overpayment etc and then submit which means you don't have to search the board for peoples results. might be worth asking them how they created that

I know Shrimpy requested I didn't, but today (day 8) is only 50 squats!

I can handle it if it's good news :D

Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery Dinah. My friend's little boy had that recently as well, sounds nasty :(

I have some mini Green & Blacks that DH's grandad brought us (he buys them from the staff shop for pennies - obviously that are out of date :rotfl:) so I've been having one of those some nights, they are only 10g. They are like miniature versions of regular bars if that makes any sense, so still break into 10 pieces which makes it feel like more.

Hope Ben is feeling better soon Dinah.

Not sure how you upload a table but it may be easier to have it as a google sheet and create a form that everyone enters their weight loss into which would then feed into the sheet? (think that's what was suggested above?) You can then link to this and people can see the results. Other than that, maybe you can take a screen shot and attach as an image?

Kathrynha- my trick is to put the box out of the way. If I'm at home, it's in a cupboard, at work it's at the back of my drawer. If I want a chocolate I have to make an effort to go fetch it and only allow myself to take one at a time. Makes me think about what I'm doing as I'm not just mindlessly grabbing one after another from an open box! :)

Hope little Baby-B is much better soon. Sounds nasty :(
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
