    Hi Peeps
Sorry I'm a bit late, but could I join too please? I am doing SW and I do have an amazingly supportive group there and my weight loss has already started (joined in November and lost 10lb before christmas), but their forum is on facebook and I'm not a fan of FB, so don't really use it.

I'm on a £'s gaining mission, so will be on MSE daily, so this thread will keep me inspired and motivated. I've got 2 stone to lose, hopefully by the summer, so 28lb.

I'm currently 11 stone (my signature has a 1lb loss, as I'd lost at SW on monday), so happy to use that as my starting rate.

A loss of 1.4lb for me.

Pretty impressed with that as the exercise is still only here and there as my body settles back into it after two years of nothing.

Did first day of 30 day squat challenge yesterday evening, and thought "this isn't to bad, I can do this". Boy can I feel it this morning :)

I did 55 squats last night and the last 10 were a killer! :o

Lulu, if you were very sensible you'd just share the chocs with everyone else in the office! Or have 1 a day as a mid afternoon treat. :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

One or two in the evening as a treat?!

I've got to admit I'm surprised I lost any weight last week, OH and I have been eating a tray of chocolates between us every night :o

Juice this morning of spinach, apple, kiwi and lemon! I've also accidentally given up coffee, but the headaches have subsided so I assume I'm over the craving?! Sandwiches for dinner, and we're out for tea tonight. Already had a good butchers at the menu and I've managed to pick a starter and main that will come in just over 500 calories :) I'm not actually calorie counting, but it's a good guide when we're eating out!

I know Shrimpy requested I didn't, but today (day 8) is only 50 squats!

The tops of my legs hurt, but not as much as they did yesterday!

They're sitting in front of me, unopened! I can afford to have two today but I'm waiting. I've just finished my breakfast (a banana and some breakfast biscuits which I graze on over two hours) and on my 3rd peppermint tea and 2nd litre of water so I think I'm set.

I might make them into a cake or something and give it to people!
