    Hi all
Well done to everyone that's lost or maintained weight.
Weighed in early today and was astonished at losing 5 lbs in 5 days :T unheard of for me, so i am now treating myself to a couple of jellybabies which DS kidnapped after the first weigh in.
Must start some form of exercise this week as i ve been a bit lethargic since my Christmas cold.

Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb
  • Evening everyone.

Well I am still 154lbs... Nothing lost but then again nothing gained, so not the worst start for me in the world, not considering the fact that I havent really stopped eating in the last week.

Have got a foody weekend coming up, but hopefully can be fairly sensible.

Well done for all the losses.

Thanks for all work on the thread Dinah

Well done on all the weight lost so far everyone. Fantastic! Everyone is doing brilliantly. Even we have STS or had a slight gain we are all working on making improvements to our health and fitness.

Just got back from the gym. Did a HIIT circuit type class. OMG  I ache all over, and my limbs have turned to jelly! It was a killer, so naturally I have booked on to do it again next week :D Also have walked 15,300 steps today. Can you tell I was busy in work? :D

If SIL can manage it we are going to Zumba tomorrow. Then I am away from Friday to Sunday, going home for brothers 21st. Will try not to go too mad!

Thanks for the recipes post too, that will come in very handy :)
What a marvellous bunch we all are!
