    Hi All,

    Can I join please?

    I'm 24 and 5'5.
Started last Sunday (4th January) at 168lbs and I would like to lose at least 28lbs. Once I've done that I will then see how I feel.

    Good luck everyone :)

Well done to everyone who has weighed in already :T

I weigh myself on my wii fit which does not come out while the kids are awake as they just jump all over it, so will be weighing myself tonight once they are in bed.

I don't know if weighing yourself at night would be the best as you would have eaten and drank water throughout the day. I believe it is usually better to weigh in early in the morning before the day starts. My 2 cents though...

As promised. One chart. Wow that took some work! Well done to all out losers, we had some brilliant loses this week. Looks like a fix given he did the chart - but well done NIM, this weeks biggest loser!

    Well done NIM!

I shall have to be a week behind you all so to speak. My weigh in day with Hubby is Friday. So next Wednesday I will post my weight loss as of yesterday.

To be honest, my only chance of being biggest loser is if you all put on lots of weight one week ;)

We've bought some scales that monitor our BMI, fat and water. We've only used them once though so can't say if they're any good yet.

Well done to everyone, especially those that lost more than 2lbs! Seeing what everyone lost is very motivational. I've definitely got to do better this coming week and post on time!

I'd also like to see a form so that our weight loss could be entered on a spreadsheet - think it would probably be easier in the long run than having to go through the threads looking for everyone's update.
