Im weighing in at 271lbs (19st 5lb, feeling very ashamed) this is back to my top weight after loosing before christmas. Aiming for a pound a week so doubt I will ever get the biggest loser honour but thats fine, just want to see the lbs go down as the £s go up!

Well weighed in this morning at 229lbs (gulp!) hoping to lose 79lbs eventually but will try for 9lbs by the end of January, still a bit wobbly from the dreaded cold (christmas gift from son) so will pace myself with sensible eating plan and some walking or swimming before i hit the 30 day shred.April power shower #16 SFD 4/15 Food 185.59/280 Petrol 50/100 Lunches 4/10 Outings 0/300 De-clutter 1/15 FB 0/3 Exercise 0/8 Weight loss 2lbs/7lbs ME time 9/30hrs

Have had a sore throat and felt shattered all day today so no exercise done, however I have ate pretty sensibly.
What diet is everyone following? I'm doing The Skinny Rules as found it really suited me last time, I just need to stick to it.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Hi Dinah & everyone
Am I too late to join?! Been here before & I think it went pretty well - though I am now about a stone heavier than my previous starting weight...
I weighed in at the gym today at 164lbs so I would like to lose 34lbs to reach my first target. I really need to take measurements too as I know my weight doesn't change much if I'm doing a lot of strength training.
I might get back on the 30 day shred wagon too - love Jillian! And I totally agree with Cinny, let's all try not to beat ourselves up too much along the way. The best piece of advice I came across recently was work out because you love your body, not because you hate it.
Good luck, chaps!LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
I love that quote Poddle! I did my measurements too which I have never really done before so will be interested to see the results.
Fmess - I am following Slimming World principles (as well as I can remember them at least). Counting calories always makes me feel deprived psychologically and I'm too lazy to get to grips with anything else!
