Number 2 starting weight - 230.25 lb

Although I think I need to lose about 70lb, I'm going to break it down to several smaller phases (else I think I'd just give up now)

So phase 1 for me is 42lb (3 stone), which I'd like to do by October 2015.

Aim is to get to 119lb or 8 1/2 stone which is probably about right for me as I'm only 5ft1.

Going the gym with my super fit SIL in a couple of hours, so that will be my exercise for today. Still need to have a think about how I am going to do this. Move more and eat better is going to be my motto. Less sugar and wheat to help flatten my tummy, and drink more water. I turn 30 on the 26th of February, so my first goal to have lost 14lb by then.

Right off to add this challenge to my signature!

20 minutes of yoga done, 25 minutes of cardio. Juice diet begun and so far surprisingly nice. Not chuffed with Tesco for bringing me a bag of dried mango instead of 3 whole pineapples though, bizarre substitution and doesn't help me follow the plan!

I guess I should probably sign up for this too. I'm starting at 201.2lb
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Snap Dinah, same weight, same aim. I'm going out for a run hopefully later today.

Really, you're the exact same on both?! Wow, this could be fun! How tall are you out of interest?

Cat food in place of dog food, pooch was not impressed!

Can't wait to go shopping tomorrow, I'm starving! :rotfl: Ate through/gave away all the random Christmas leftover food (apart from a couple of strangely flavoured cheeses) but haven't actually bought anything in yet to replace it all!

20 minutes of cardio (which almost killed me), 20 minutes of Pilates and 10 minutes stretching done this morning. I think I need to up my pre-workout snacking as a banana just didn't do it for this morning which was why I was struggling. Food has been good today and I'm looking forward to dinner tonight (fish, slimming world chips and mushy peas).
