Weighed in this morning at 174.4lbs (12stone 6.4lb), which is the heaviest I've been since 2002

Target is 133lb (9.5stone), which I should reach for the start of August of next year if I stick to (and manage to keep) my target rate of loss of 0.5lb/week.

Target weight is 130lb. I'll be happy if I can lose 1/2lb a week.

Okay I have weighed in today. My usual day is Monday, when I am monitoring my weight. I will keep to this day but post on a Wednesday . I am a bit of a DIYer when it comes to diets. .....eat less move more......and I am also a grazer by default so I am seriously considering the 5:2 diet or a least a version that will suit me and work round family. Also need to drink 3 litres of water a day:eek: This is medical advice - I have frequent crippling migraines that last for days but thanks to sense talking neurologist frequency and intensity on the decline:D

Anyway scales say 15st and who am I to disagree:rotfl::rotfl: Haven't got a target weight.Think my pre children weight of 9st is òutof the question now but maybe once I get started I will come up with a figure
