I haven't read the whole thread, but response is aimed at original question:
1: I don't think you can judge him on the cost. The fact that whilst he was there everything was cheaper doesn't mean he was ripping off the green grocer, the taxi driver or the barman. That's what the economy sets the rate at.
2: you weren't together, and whilst he might've been pursuing a LDR with you, it doesn't change the fact you weren't together. So what he did with his body was really nothing to do with you.
3: as regards the woman being exploited- I'm not convinced. It is possible she was, but equally it is possible that she enjoyed sex, got paid for it and found it easier and better than other employment.
4: we all pay for it in some respects. There is no relationship which is so perfect that every suggestion, request or scenario is equally appealing to both parties. Christmas is the perfect example - you make the effort sometimes with people you aren't find of, because it's important to your other half. I'm addition- when courting, do we not spend money on our prospective partners in order to gain affection? Not deliberately, not single mindedly, but ultimately we do nice things in the hope that it works out.
I'm summary, my opinion is that no, this is not an issue. It is in my mind the same as knowing your partner had a 1 night stand. Not great, as we want a nice image of them, but they didn't kill someone.0 -

Either he could be genuine with his feelings (actions speak louder than words) and wait for you or try to set up a relationship for when he got home but at the same time sleeping with a prostitute.
Thank you so much - I had to get to post #58 before finding out what this LDR was that OP was being pursued for! Don't you hate it when people use acronyms with the assumption that everyone knows what they mean? !!!!!! is that all about?'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -
I think it's irrelevant that he was chasing you for a LTR too. You weren't responding to his emails so can't expect him to keep himself free in case you're suddenly interested (which to me wouldn't be obvious in you being too busy to reply )
!!!!!! - what does that stand for?!!!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).

I still think its mad that people are referred to as DH, OH, DD1, DGD etc. I always thought DH was an american term. Can't remember the last time I saw someone type son or daughter:rotfl:
LTR, LDR? Maybe one day soon everyone will just talk in abbreviations.0 -
Although someone referring to her husband as hubzy, think that one won't ever be topped.0

However I have purchased things that have been made in a sweatshop so I do have to bear responsibility for the terrible conditions these poor people suffer.
That's interesting.
