Goodluck finding a house Littlemoog. I've just put an offer in so fingers crossed. I've picked my nursary set and pram but just waiting until we have a nursary before buying anything. I've bought 2 rompers and a sleeping bag. So cute! Although hope I get use out of them being due in may. I think I'll take maternity from 3 weeks before my due date. Can't wait to feel kicks and properly show!0

Updating my MW appointment to next Tuesday, as I got the time wrong and missed it yesterday...oops...can I blame it on the baby brain?0 -
Wow, I'm at the top of the list!0

Wow, I'm at the top of the list!
It is all going so fast!!
Got my consultant appointment tomorrow and another scan to see if girl twin will cooperate. The traffic is so horrendous it is quite stressful getting to the hospital.
Made my first purchase today in acknowledgement that there are TWO babies inside me! I now have a second car seat and base!
Totally exhausted from school, but tonight is date night for me and DH, so chinese take away and great british bake off! Trying to relax!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Morning all
I had a consultant appointment this morning, they seem to have got my thyroid levels to a stable dose which is good. The obs consultant also said he'd reviewed my previous birth notes and thought there was no reason not to try for a VBAC (which is what I want) so he's referring me to the VBAC clinic.I'm still leaning towards a home birth tbh, but DH is really unsure so if I can negotiate access to the midwife-led suite instead I might go with that.

morning LittleMoog - i have underatvie thyroid, been given an additional 25mg and they are keeping eye on it. - my pal just had a home birth and was so happy with it, to be honest i think for the men its a lot to deal with as they are so worried about us at that time - good for you for looking into all the options, i have chose midwife led unit also0

DH is worried about what happened last time - I had an emergency section when DD got distressed. We live 5 mins from hospital though, so I'm not so worried about that. I'm more worried that being in hospital with all the restrictions they tend to place on VBACs makes a repeat section more likely. My family aren't keen either - my sis had a home birth and my niece was poorly but it wasn't picked up by midwives at the timeLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
I'm also hypothyroid! My levels seem to have been fine all pregnancy, though I did request an increased dose at my last endo appointment as I was getting thrush (a BIG indicator with me, though apparently very rare!) and she put it up 25mcg. It was nice to have someone listen to my symptoms rather than just the test results!
I like the idea of a home birth but I think I'd be too scared at the reality of it - the mess, the risks, the 'what if something goes wrong' etc.
I was under consultant care due to a heart condition but when I saw the doctor last time they discharged me. Obviously still under consultant care for my thyroid but hoping they discharge me visit after next so I can give birth at the midwife led unit. My (almost) worst nightmare is forceps - I'd much rather have a section!0
