I don't know what to say Rambosmum, but try and go in with an open mind tomorrow. And good luck.
I had my consultant appointment at the hospital on Tuesday, due to DS being 11lb. Basically they aren't really concerned, I obviously just grow big babies, and would be more concerned if baby was small.
I have a glucose screening test at 28 weeks purely for this reason, although I didn't have it last time and all tests clear. I will also have an extra scan at 34 weeks to check baby isn't getting humungous. They may induce me if so.
18 weeks now, starting to feel better now, just sick in the evenings but able to do more0 -

Oh 11lb, that is big! I also grow big babies but not as big as that and I'm also going for the GTT at 28 weeks due to having a big baby - not looking forward to that as I had it with DD1 due to having high sugar at three midwife appointments but everything turned out to be normal.
Glad to hear everything else is going well, though.0 -
Good luck this morning rambosmum, let us know how you get one when you get a chance.

This ^^^ Oh yes. Sitting in front of a computer all day and I'm asleep at my desk!
Good luck today rambosmum, I have everything crossed for you! xxx0 -
So after mega panic, I turned up at obstetricians office to be told they don't have my test results back, just wanted to go through my medical history and refer me to consultants. I told the Dr about my week of panic and he kindly found my results out which are 1:27000, which is low risk.0

So I went for my first bikini wax since falling pregnant, OWCH!!!!
Not as bad as I was expecting though (As I know skin gets really sensitive when pregnant). Lots of aloe vera gel for me over the next couple of days and fingers crossed the redness goes before holiday :-)
Don't know if I will be a fequent waxer over the next few months but I do feel better when I am tidy and got a great deal doing it through a website Wahanda (Loads of London options not sure about other areas)Recently married and loving it x0
