  • "there are no changes to our call charges or talk plans. We're doing everything we can to keep any increase as low as possible, especially for our existing customers."

No because they are exorbitant already.

Glad that we can still use 18185 for cheaper 01/02 calls via their 0808 freephone number.

  • You all must be mad anyway. Free view costs only the price of a licence. You lot but a licence and then pay Virgin per month to watch repeats and claptrap.
  • Have to call after 30th November to cancel :(

Absolute nonsense is what you've been told there! Cancelled via the live chat option about 10 minutes ago, no problems.

My increase is £6.84 a month, with no explanation of how they arrived at that figure.

No way is it 5.9% of my current bill.
They must have me mixed up with someone paying £116 a month
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

(except air quality and Medical Science ;))

I was on a phone and broadband deal from ntl days; by adding tv I got an £8 pm reduction, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
