I too got a message from them on 11th May, even though everything was (thankfully!!) cancelled in January quite quickly.
I called them bang on 8am this morning and told them I had gotten an email saying it was being shipped to me again even though I only ordered one last time and I returned it, but I was a little suspicious anyway because it didn't have any payment information like the confirmation of shipment did last time.
The customer service advisor was quite understanding and told me there was a 'glitch in the system' whereby some emails had gone out to old customers. I made him check through my order number though just to make sure and he confirmed nothing had gone through.
I had the shock of my life last night when I eventually checked my emails! And I have an exam today, at least I'm not nervous about that! Just relieved this is over!! ... AGAIN!:j0 -
I signed up in February 2015 & instantly regretted it. It wasn't until I had ordered my 'free' trial bottle of Brivon that the small print about having to pay popped up. I tried calling the number provided which was never answered so I was forced into cancelling my credit cards to ensure that they didn't get another penny. I never received any other products or received an other correspondence & thought that was an end to the matter but I have just today received a warning letter from what appears to be a legitimate debt collection agency based in the Netherlands (?) advising me that if I don't settle up the £98 (Now plus a £35 collection fee) which I 'owe' 7 Seas International Ltd within a week then further action would be taken. Not sure what to do now as 'further action' could affect my credit rating etc. I know they rely on fear & intimidation to get people to pay up & feel horrible that a corrupt scam company is actually having the nerve to chase up an illegally obtained debt. Any suggestions??
Ignore it, pay it or go on the attack (Trading standards, BBC Watchdog etc)0 -

How about reading some of the other posts on this thread?
There are plenty of suggestions of things to do.
A quick glance shows that post #81 might be useful.0
