Sorry to hear about the scam about the free trial bit but can anybody please report back if the product works? I mean they are using piers Morgan and sean conrey as clients. Not sure if they are aware if they are used are endorser of this product?

  • Glad you got your money back Steve plus 2X£50, I only got £20 goodwill but I was satisfied anyway. Its a pity the banks try to avoid refunding when they know it as a scam.
  • yep cheers ted word must have got through have not had any people on here for a while being scammed..

    cheers steve :)
  • I too have been ripped off by Vitahar. I placed an order back in December of last year but then realised the product was too good to be true and cancelled the order. Yesterday a package arrived which contained yet another bottle of these pills, I emailed the company who then said that I had actually placed TWO orders! I do not recall placing two orders for the same thing and even after cancelling the first one they continue to send the pills and bill me. I would of thought it obvious that by cancelling an order all subsequent orders would also be cancelled. I do not understand how they cannot send me a refund as they seem to be quick enough to take money from my account. Vitahar is a total rip off, I should also add that Vitahar failed to tell me that there was this other order at the time of cancelling the first one and sent me another bill for £94.00!!

Rather naughty that they have pre-ticked the acceptance box, and if they were a UK company then that would probably be illegal.

Companies can't just bury immoral or illegal scamming in their T & C

Contracts have to be transparent in the UK and if you can see a scam then so will the judge

    Just noticed

    Isn't that what I said?

Good to see that you agree... even if it has taken you six months to notice. ;)

I managed to get a full refund from my order in December, at which time they told me I'd get nothing else from them but I've got an email ( 4 months later) saying that my order has been shipped...my credit card has already been informed from last time when they said that they would stop any payments to them. So we'll wait and see what happens this time round.
  • Ok, after a couple of days complaining to the company I finally got my £94.00 refunded. I basically said in the end that if I didn't get a refund I would contact Watchdog, Trading Standards and may also take further legal action. I also said that I had researched their company online and found many other people in this situation. I had to return my unopened container of fishfood (Vitahar) to this address: Customer Returns, PO Box 17455, Edinburgh, EH12 1LF & had also been using this email address to contact them: brivon@rhinosupport.com

I hope some information here may be of use to someone
