Its an F20 1 series. They told me the clutch wasnt releasing properly as i had clutch judder, they said it was the release cable!!
I thought I read on here something about 6 years to reject certain products.
You'll need need to prove the faults were there when they sold it to you.0 -

Are some of you for real!!!
I'm fully aware of the costs of leasing v PCP, HP etc. The intention is to own it for its life time (short sighted vision in hindsight). I've never leased a car and never intend to. The fact we do high miles and put down no deposit out of choice means we pay slightly more each month, I dont need comparison from randoms, we did that before we bought!!
It has nothing to do with being a BMW but for prospective. Golf R not practical for the mileage we do, Golf GTD, had one what's point in buying same again. Toyota, had one. Admittedly the best customer service I've ever experienced but 3K for a clutch and flywheel replacement.
Anyway back to the question?0 -

Answer as posted already, very slim to nil chance.
Every car has some fault eventually, you mention you had a problem with the Toyota, does that mean you didn't have a problem with the Golf? (I'm sure you may have done) obviously you have a had a think about your choice of car, and you shouldn't need to justify to us randoms.0 -
