I have just got my statements and gone through them all and put them on the interest calculator list (am claiming with interest), so just need to do the letter - so do i just send the list and the letter?

Halifax WON! Claimed £1549 on 8th Jan 2007, Settled for £1350 on 29th Jan, Paid 7th Feb.
MBNA (Virgin / Alliance Credit Card charges): WON! Claimed £419 on 17 March, finally offered £425! on 5 June)
Natwest Credit Card: WON! Claimed £250, got 100% + interest + court costs too.
Northern Rock: Mortgage Discharge Fee: WON! Claimed £100. Offered £90 and accepted it.
Natwest Bank / RBS: WON! Claimed £400. Got 100% + interest + court fees back.
Halifax 2: Ongoing....0 -
Well.... I'm still waiting. Went through MCOL - Natwest put in a defence, had to deal with Cobbetts...... still waiting for a court date locally. This has been going on 3 months now !!!
I wish I understood why some people get paid up in full and others are messed around like this.
Never again - its the FO route in future (for Halifax)

Hi Pam,
I'm in the same boat as you - started the process to claim £3,100 back in February and I'm now waiting on a court date too. It's SO frustrating seeing everyone get their cash while we're still waiting. :mad:
But I guess we just have to hang on in there, they're trying to wear us down but we WILL get our money eventually. In the meantime, we can think about how we're going to spend it!!

If you have not received an acceptable reply by 12 July (28 June + 14 days), send them the second “Letter Before Action” letter.<O:p</O:pThe acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
5/6/07 - Requested Bank Statements for 6 years and paid £10.00 by cheque.
13/6/07 - received response from Natwest sayiong statements will be sent ASAP
19/6/07 - Cheque debitted from my Account.
20/6/07 - Received copy bank statements
20/6/07 - Went through bank statements and sent letter by recorded delivery to Natwest enclosing list of Charges and Interest calculation (14days to respond)
Charges: £2014.85 plus interest of £399.27 = £2414.12
5/7/07 - No response from Natwest
6/7/07 - Letter to Natwest - saying Court action if not resolved to my satisfaction within 14 days.0 -
has anybody recently BEEN to court vs NatWest.
