Yes you can easily make it with just 6 lemons. Pop them in the microwave for 5 seconds before using and you get more juice from them.( I have made it with 4 lemons in the past)
decorate with bits of lemon rind or I use a squashed up cadbury's flake.

The condensed milk makes it very very sweet so no extra sugar needed.
  • Best one I ever did was a gordon ramsey one from the cook-along programme on TV. My cheesecakes are always a bit hit and miss. I think it was (best google the recipe - it'll be available somewhere)
1 small tub of double cream
small tub of soft cheese (philadelphia)
    about 50g icing sugar
    crushed biscuits (half a pack-ish)
    about 25g butter

This is all v sketchy from memory but
bash the biscuits and coat with the melted butter
squish into the bottom of a flan tin/ceramic dish and chuck in the fridge to set
stir the icing sugar into the cream cheese
whip the cream into soft peaks
    fold cream & cheese together
pour ontop of biscuit base and throw back in fridge (or freezer if you're in a hurry)
    & fold into .

No it isn't. My recipe doesn't have cheese in it as I am allergic to it.
  • Sorry, I realise that, but the OPs original question was about one with cream cheese, and I meant to quote her post in mine :)

    Hi lucasmum,

As your thread has dropped down the board I've added it to the main cheesecake thread to keep the recipes together.
