I did a search but found only naughty recipes!
I would like to make a cheesecake as we love them but would like to make it as healthy as possible. I have never made one before so not sure how I can adapt a naughty recipe.
Does anyone have any healthy cheesecake recipes?

I cheat...dissolve a packet of jelly (we like lemon) in minimal water. Meanwhile, whisk up a tin of evaporated milk until thick and frothy. Whisk in the jelly and pour straight onto biscuit base. Chill until set and decorate the top as you wish.
If you use lemon jelly, it's nice if you drop random blobs of lemon curd into the "cheesecake mix" after about 10 mins but before it's set, the blobs end up suspended as little pockets of yummy lemonness in the cheesecake. Decorate the top with grated lemon zest and whipped cream. :drool:I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0 -

google will become your best friend when cooking from scratch. There are many ways of making it. One thing to mention is they taste loads different to shop bought and some don't like it.One day I might be more organised...........

I made a GF version Cherry cheesecake from NIGELLA EXPRESS, it was fantastic if I say so myself, and easy peasy too.
this is an americanised version of the recipe, I usea tub ot philly and extra thick double cream, with misc. gluten free biscuits for the base. It fel wierd pouring a whole far of St Dalfour Black Cherry 'jam' as the topping, but the whole thing tasted lovely, not too sweet.0
