The question gets asked several times a day! Not an attitude just a touch of frustration.
As you can see I am new, as I said I have done research, I've looked at many of the forums and there is nothing but conflicting advice. So I am sorry for asking the question AGAIN but surely it is my right to ask questions.
and as for it not being rude, I found it to be very.0 -

Please ignore that post - not everyone on here is as rude as they so don't let it spoil your enjoyment of visiting this site.
Tozer is the person I would want to answer my legal question. He actually has KNOWLEDGE. I would rather have pertinent information from him/her than half baked 'thoughts' and cyber hugs. BTW you must have very thin skin if you thought his response was rude. Perhaps he should be reported to abuse?0 -

I find many people on here who have a username very similar to yours Tozer think they may have a double s in them. Your not one of them though so don't take it to heart. And remember this is coming from one of the have nots who hates the banks.0 -

I agree, I am thankful to get a straight answer to my question, I just don't think there was any need for him to speak to me in that manner. All I did was use this site as it is intended.
If the question is asked daily then maybe there should be an easier way to find the answer as people obviously can't (like me) there was lots of conflicting evidence, some people claiming success once they'd told the banks the act, and some not.
And I certinly don't have thin skin, i would just prefer to be spoken to with some respect.0 -
Thankful but then accuse me of being rude? I don't think there is any conflicting evidence. Care to point it out?
In my view you had a straight answer. Time to move on I think...0 -

and the conflicting evidence ios everywhere, as I've said in earlier posts I've read cases where people have had success stating the act to the banks.

this is an example of the forums I have been looking at. As you can read there are people saying it's possible and others saying it's not. This is one of the many threads on this site with this conflicting information.0
