thanks for your advice do you have the web address for the online court site?0

well ive sent them 3 off the first one i asked for my statements which they sent me the next one i asked for my money back and they replied telling me basically no and that the charges were fair and then ive now sent them martins sample letter-the one saying because they havent given me a satisfactory response and if they dont reply within 14 days then im taking them to court and the 14 days is now up!! i did realise though that the address that i sent the letters to originally was a different address on the letter i got back from them which i did send my next letter to, so i hope they did recieve it in the right department, actually just thought do you think i should send them the same letter to the address i first sent my letters to,where i got a response from???
ive just re-read the letter i got back from them and its states that if they do not hear from me by the 21st Aug then they will close my file do you think this means they will not deal with it until then??0 -
i am currently trying to get approx 1950 of charges out of lloyds and theyve offered 750 pound. i am told this is a set amount that they are offering everyone, im just wondering wether this is true and wether anyone else has refused and carried on successfully??
cheers

Don't worry, you have done everything right, you sent the first letter then sent the second to the correspondence address they gave you.
Trust me, if you file a claim, they will HAVE to deal with it before 21 August, otherwise you win by default! Don't worry, they always try and put you off, just file your claim.

hi, i am new to this but my story is:
paid my tenner for my statements and received them all perfectly only bit that went smooth lol. Didnt get a reply from my first letter i sent so left it longer than the 14 days i gave them to reply then i sent the second letter saying i am taking them to court and i received a response pretty much saying there not going to pay anything out and we are sorry your unhappy blah blah.
My question has anybody received this from Lloyds and if yes what did you do next i am thinking of going straight for the small claims court but i cant get there website up. Any suggestions everything is greatfully received.
Many thanks for reading

Also did it appear during the overnight banking run or during the day?0 -
