No Vicky, they will ask you to supply in writing a list of the charges you are claiming plus interest if you intend claiming it....am not saying they are definately going to ask you to do this..but they may..

  OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! SCAM WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

I got home from work yesterday and decided to ring SCAM to see if they had received some papework I had sent. Anyway, I rang them at 4.20 and was put on hold with a nice lady telling me that "they were very busy but would be answering my call shortly", then on hold until 4.40pm so I thought maybe i would hang up and try again, which I done. I was then put on hold again, and was on hold this time until 5.25 pm (was getting annoyed by now as you can imagine!!). I then hung up again and did the same thing - rang back - to my amusement I was then told that the offices close at 5pm and to ring back tomorrow.       . I wonder how long I would have been on hold if I hadn't hung up the second time. I can't believe I was on hold to speak to someone that didn't exsist because they had gone home. How can they get away with this?????

That may not be the case, when I worked for Blueyonders helpdesk the system worked in such a way that if you called before the lines closed at 9 you would be held in a queue and the queue would have to be cleared before people could go home. But as the system was automated to shut off at 9 if you hung up and called back 1 min after you would get told to call back in the morning, even if there were still people there clearing down the queue.

Not that I'm sticking up for them but might alleviate your rage a little :)

No dont deduct the £750 off your total claim...you claim as if you havent received the £750 or you will be doing yourself out of interest on the daily rate... and your sums will end up wrong.

Its been a while since i posted on here, if any1 can help.. it would be much appreciated.

I have recieved my AQ since my last post. i have filled it in and sent it with my £100.
i am so so worried at mo, cus reading some posts some people have heard something from SC&M or recieved a good will gesture, i havent recieved any of these. only things i have recieved is letters from the court of the banks defence.
I have a feeling am going all the way with this, and that i will lose. I have been in so much trouble with LTSb due to their charges, and my overdraft is sky high, am still getting charges even thou am not using the bank anymore.

i am doing 2 claims, other is our joint account, and everything is identical. i feel so down about it.....

    thanks lisa x

HSBC have not responded to my small claims application so this morning I've entered a judgement to have the whole amount paid back to me, plus costs. I asked for immediate payment but it didn't ask how I wanted to be paid. How long will it take to receive payment and how will I receive it?

    Thanks,
