Can someone help? My ex lives in Sweden and still banks with LLoyds...can she still make a claim ???0
-
Yes, but once she files a claim at court, she will need an address in UK for any court documents to be sent to and in the very unlikely event of an actual court hearing, she would have to attend0

Hi
I am making a claim for bank accounts, now closed, that I had at Lloyds TSB. I have received back realms of printouts that look nothing like statements and are just lists and numbers of account use.
Is there anywhere (ore anyone) that I can find out specifically what can be claimed on these lists from Lloyds TSB as none of the wording really matches the lists of things already posted.
I know the claims are currently on hold until test case results but just following Martins advice to submit a claim while we wait as had these hanging around for a while already.
What if I did happen to submit the wrong amount either way and ask for too little otr too much?
Many thanks, hope someone can actually make it easier as even though there is lots of useful info and Martins advice I have come to a confusing point where I have confused myself!
Good luck everyone.

Hi,
Sorry if this thread has already been posted, but i just want to ask if i can reclaim any 'unplanned overdraft fees'
On the 29th february, i tried to transfer £45.00 to my PayPal account, only to realise there was not enough money in my account to do this, a few days later i recieved a letter from my bank (Lloyds TSB) returning my £45.00 into my account, which led to a £20 return fee, but my statement then said i am £26.19 in credit...
But then on the 4th March i recieved another letter from my bank (Lloyds TSB) returning 2 payments to my account, which also led to another £20 return fee, then stating i am £31.32 overdrawn.
But then when i transferred £90.00 from my Payal account to my bank account, my statement claims my account balance is £99.36, so i drew out £50.00 today and then got a mini statement which said my account balance is now £49.36, yet my available balance is only £2.23
Meaning i have lost £47.13, could this be the return item fee's???
If so can i reclaim this as i do not have an overdraft plan?

Hi all
I have a credit card with lloyds TSB,I have had this card for 2 years and paid on time using online banking or by going into branch. Payments made on the fridays and have always been received by the following monday, this last payment they said didn't get to them on time and they say they are going to charge me late payment fee plus interest even though I have made the full statement payment.
HELP
Do I have any claim.
Regards

You could try phoning them up pointing out that you have always paid on time before, and you did exactly the same thing as you did every other time so it must have been something went wrong at their end. They may say they will waive the fee (which they have the power to do) or you can ask them to waive the fee. If they refuse to do that and say it's your problem not theirs, then threaten to cancel.0

Thanks I will try that, any further advise will be grately received.0

HI, I'm in serious trouble with Lloyds and I can't see a way out of it...
I have a student account with an overdraft of £1000.
I'm now £2100 overdrawn with £900 of that being overdraft charges.
I went overdrawn a while ago without knowing, and I don't check my statements regularly. It got to £1600 when I first noticed and i don't see a way out of it. I can't afford to pay back the money to get me back down into my overdraft limit and they won't stop charging me.
Can anyone help?0 -

Who have you spoken to? Can you visit your branch and try to make some sort of payment arrangement?
If you still hit a brick wall, start reading the links in my signature to see your options.
Going forward, it's a good idea to check your statements regularly, particularly if it's an active account.0
