you are correct in what you have done. did you tick part A and part D and did you write in underneath part A defence has defaulted...

i ticked part A and C there was no part D and no-where to write anything in but now that i look there is a part B (the defendant admits that all the money is owed-which they havent) but then it asks to tick one box:
i accept the defendants proposal for payment, or
the defendant has not made any proposal for payment, or
i do not accept the defendants proposal for payment
then it asks you to complete C im guessing it may be because i didnt do the defendant has not made any proposal for payment of the tick boxes in B,when i got this form i actually thought it was a duplicate of the one you fill in online,do you think this is what ive done wrong?

yeah am gonna look at my judgment form.....look again....part C is the defendants date of birth is not stated on the form of reply but is known to the claimant as ....then there are boxes underneath it....you dont tick part c or fill any of that in, nor part b....you tick only A then underneath the words The defendant has not filed an admission or defence ..write...the defendants have defaulted....part D is directly under C above the amounts column.you only tick the (immediately) box
