i ticked part A and C there was no part D and no-where to write anything in but now that i look there is a part B (the defendant admits that all the money is owed-which they havent) but then it asks to tick one box:
i accept the defendants proposal for payment, or
the defendant has not made any proposal for payment, or
i do not accept the defendants proposal for payment
then it asks you to complete C im guessing it may be because i didnt do the defendant has not made any proposal for payment of the tick boxes in B,when i got this form i actually thought it was a duplicate of the one you fill in online,do you think this is what ive done wrong?
