The fact that you have already reclaimed your fees doesn't mean that you cannot be charged again. All you can do is start the reclaim process for this new lot but remember there may now be a delay due to the ongoing OFT process.

  • Asked Lloyds for credit card charges back in middle of July, they said no,so I sent a 'will you reconsider or shall I start court proceedings' reply.
Received letter from Lloyds today (finally after a few phone calls to see what was happening) offering £251 on a claim of £220 plus interest - only £11 short of what I worked it out to be so am well happy!

Thanks again Martin and everyone else on this site

The fight continues however with Crap 1................

    Help!!!

I have a court case next week at local court. I have no idea what to do. I know they will prob get a stay on it as most people's cases have.

What do I take, say do I need someone with me? I don't even have anyone to look after the kids!

    Help!

You need to take your court bundle this info can be found in the reclaim bank charges help thread...are you a hardship case?? if so its possible to have the stay rejected on that basis...your bundle basically includes..all letters to and from bank your schedule of charges...all your claim forms and responses and a copy of the UTCCR 1999 wouldn,t go amiss. Also any statements you received clarifying those charges.
  • I have been ridiculously unfairly charged, And I have now £425 to claim back! :O

I sent the first letter from this website and I got a few booklets back about overdraft fees. Then about 5days after I had a letter saying my complaint is being studied etc... and that it will take up to 4weeks to be looked at. It's been almost a month now so I am thinking of sending my court letter to them, so I was wondering if anyone has had the same reaction from them as I have? Did you wait a month for your complaint to be sorted? Thank you! :D

hi everyone i know ive asked already but im really not sure what i should be doing the 14 days (infact it was three weeks on monday when i should of heard) to expect a reply from either lloyds or the courts has passed and i havent heard a thing does this mean that its due time to tick one of the boxes??? on MCOL its asking if :
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=2 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD>The defendant has not filed an admission or defence to my claim
    (Judgment by Default)
    spacer.gif
You will need to decide, how and when you want the defendant to pay. You can ask for the Judgment to be paid by instalment or in one payment.
    or
The defendant admits that all the money is owed
    (Judgment by Admission)
    spacer.gif
If the defendant has given a new address on the form of admission to which correspondence should be sent, update the defendant's details within the following Judgment request.
    </TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=2>spacer.gif</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
i dont want to really leave it any longer incase i leave it too late and mess things up. oh and its still stating 'issued' on MCOL!

please help which one do i tick or what do i need to do next???

    many thanks
