hello everyone hoping someone can give me some advice i put im my claim to MCOL 14days ago today and recieved a letter from northampton county court stating that lloyds tsb had until 24th sept (monday) to reply does that mean that is hould of heard from them or is it the court that would of heard from (im really not sure) also it states on MCOL that i need to tick a statement i know i have asked this in a previous thread but now the 14 days has passed im not sure what i have to do the statements are:
Do you wish to enter Judgment by Default or by Admission? Please select one of the options below:
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=2 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD colSpan=2></TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top><INPUT type=radio value=Default name=default_admission> </TD><TD>The defendant has not filed an admission or defence to my claim
(Judgment by Default)
You will need to decide, how and when you want the defendant to pay. You can ask for the Judgment to be paid by instalment or in one payment.
</TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=2></TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top><INPUT type=radio value=Admission name=default_admission> </TD><TD>The defendant admits that all the money is owed
(Judgment by Admission)
If the defendant has given a new address on the form of admission to which correspondence should be sent, update the defendant's details within the following Judgment request.
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
im really not sure what to do and your help and advice would be greatly appreciated im just worried incase i dont do anything or tick the right statement that i might mess things up,ive waited 2 days and havent heard anything from either lloyds tsb or the courts, also on MCOL it still stating that the process is 'issued'.
Thankyou please help

hi vicky, i think but not quite sure that if it says issued u cant do any thing untill it says defence or ackwknogled, dont hold me to that as im not sure , if u go to press judgement im sure u have to wait 28 days if u press the judgement button it will only say u cant do this at this moment in time , it wont let u go any further , hope this makes sense lol im a bit clueless meself on doing me own and need help, jill0 -
pl;ease can some one help me please ,
i have gone thru the motions using all martins templates sending letters off to lloyds bank to reclaim charges , i have sent the 1st 2 getting a response of we wont pay u .
so i have sent the 3rd template off , telling them i would except a reduced amt from my oringal total , telling them if they dont pay i will take them to court .
this was a month and a half ago but still no answer , now i know this otf meeting is going on , and is proberly affecting my response , but what shall i do , shall i call them or write again any clues please0 -
they aren't going to respond.you need to find out if the courts will let you start a claim NOW.phone the court up.they might be still be accepting claims but expect it to be immediately stayed..the statute of limitations is running out(6 years)every month you wait is a monthes charges lost.good luck0

The 14 days to expect a reply from either lloyds or the courts has passed and i havent heard a thing does this mean that its due time to tick one of the boxes??? i dont want to really leave it any longer incase i leave it too late and mess things up. oh and its still stating 'issued' on MCOL!
many thanks

Hi, my daughter has a very basic account with Lloyds because she has problems (sorting out with CAB etc.)
She received a £35.00 charge from Lloyds as her standing order for S.E.Water was not honoured.
Her regular cheque was paid in in time, but not cleared.
She went to see advisor at Lloyds to see if this £35.00 charge could be removed or reduced, but they said 'NO' they can make this charge until the outcome of the 'stayed' cases.
This seems most unfair as she is really trying to get her monetary problems sorted out.
Any advice please. Thank you MM0 -
Hi Guys,
Lloyds TSB have recently settled with me for charges incurred over the lasdt 6 Years (£750.00) I have just been notified that they are to charge me again, for being overdrawn and missing a DD and a SO.
My question is do I have to go down the same route as before, 1st letter to the bank etc etc...
Any help greatly received.MARCHING ON TOGETHER0
