Another thing I have found is cheap LED bulbs off ebay have improved in quality massively.

I can't say exactly how long they will last compared to the big brands but they have been fine so far. I had some a few years ago which died within a few months by comparision.

I'd be best off in Fylde and worst in Eilan Siar. Never heard of either.

    The best view in Stevenage:

Yup, it's the road to London.

It's also the exit from the A1 which I take (when driving) to get to my parents' in Inner Herts. :j
    Oh well, its fun. :).

Probably a completely inaccurate suggestion, but you hadn't been eating something from the butternut squash family, had you? I once had what you describe on my hands after chopping patty pan squashes - a contact reaction to the latex type substance which oozes out from under the skin when chopped.

I didn't see the details of your earlier post, PN, but vibes coming in your direction nevertheless. :hello:

Just heard from my course tutor that I have passed my final assessment, phew :D

That should mean I've passed the course - subject to 3 more rounds of moderation/verification but I've no reason to think there will be difficulties with it.

I think I might be her first student who didn't get a 'refer' for any assessments at all.

Have got 2 weeks' leave after Easter and I'm ready for it. Need to take some time to decompress, and not to just set myself lots of 'to do' lists in the sadly neglected garden and allotment. Finding that balance between absolute apathy - which gets self fulfilling - and not relaxing at all, is very hard for me.

At least the rehearsal for Vivaldi's Gloria (the first chorus, we're doing it on Easter Sunday at the start of the service) went OK on Wednesday evening. Luckily we're not taking it at the pace of some of the clips on YouTube

No,I hadn't but I do I get transient allergies, so it could be something I ate but it felt different, there was not the same sort of ....buzziness. Though it could have been slower. My lips are still like sand paper, despite lots of vitamin e oil and eight hour balm, so I might just in case try an anti histamine tonight, but I'll really be out for the count then. In any case, it was not a horrific reaction nor has it caused me anything but a giggle. I took some photos of the lips, if I can crop a pic suitably I might post it , it was the top lip and it really looked quite super. :D

I'm sure I saw this somewhere yesterday, but it may just be my brain

Currently getting stuck into a very new, relatively interesting and rather Romanian music project for the summer, mainly with kids and tour support services.

I'd love this to kick off, but unfortunately I doubt it somewhat :(

The LED reading lamp in my car has gone, which is about 7 months old. I also noticed one of the bulbs on the headlight has gone, and scared if I mention it that the whole unit will need replacing.

The ones on the second Ford were brilliant, so I think it's a little hit and miss with any supplier.
