OH is going home today so his car can be serviced tomorrow. He suspects it will need some work doing to get through the MOT. I'm staying on and we'll go back next week in time for Easter. DD2 and co are coming to stay here over Easter, the GrandTwins are already looking forward to the egg hunt in the field! :rotfl:

British Gas not very competent 8+ weeks of emails and complaint not resolved. Spoke to lady today and turns out they did not transfer the Gas account correctly so it wasn't transferred at all, they didnt tell me that of course but they still managed to bill me. Interestingly no bills were sent by Scottish power who are the company who are registered as the provider, have been refunded and cancelled direct debits by BG and will now enjoy free energy living

Is there support in place? I remember the first time I was left alone with DS1. I was scared stiff something would go wrong.

OH's mum is over in the UK for the next few weeks so yes! I left her on her own yesterday for a few hours as well and everything seemed to be in order when I came back!

Work is rubbish. I am so tired my pupils have become fixed and will not dilate or contract in response to light.

I go to the local library or work's breast feeding room for a snooze in such cases.

    That's an amazing picture, maggie.
My view is somewhat different...looking out over the car park of the software consultancy next door, to the left is a motorway, to the right a transport firm where bored warehouse staff is playing footy between the pallets.

I heard a programme on the Radio today... Miles Jupp is insufficiently Belgian. There's also a quiz, so we can see whether we know what's Belgian and what's british. I scored a somewhat piffling 5 out of 10. Oops.

Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
