Thanks silvercar. How did you know?

Even if the cannabis doesn't cure you it will make you feel an awful lot better about things.

If I heard correctly its more effective a) as an oil and b) rectally . Cure-wise, rather than enjoyment wise!

Happy Birthday Gen :) Hope you have a good day. What a difference a year makes!

    Any other clues?

    I'll bake a cake .... got a 22p instant cake mix here.

Now ... you might think "but cake's easy! Why buy a 22p cake mix, what a heathen" and you'd be right. But in the world there are cakes and cakey things. And my 22p cake mix is to be a SC experiment ... and life's too short to be standing in cold kitchens weighing out stuff and making a mess to be cleared up.

    How ancient are you now?

    I'm 44 although barely look a day over 50.

Cake in a slow cooker? Heathen! :rotfl:

Just back from seeing a big comedy show in that there London. Buses fine, trains up the spout.

    Happy birthday Gen :bdaycake:

I see the new-look hideous user-hostile site layout has been reverted to the mildly unattractive one.

You had your op on your birthday last year?? Not a good day for it at the time, but possibly quite nice this year and for years to come to be celebrating both things at the same time??

Am enjoying "magic week" - ie the week when I (at an independent school) have broken up but my kids (at state schools) have not. :D Have been doing a lot of sleeping. Body clock now completely out of sync with reality, but just enjoying 4 days of doing pretty much nothing, so don't really care. :D
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

I would imagine a cake with 44 candles would be a high fire risk.
perhaps you can settle for a celebratory drink or two.

    May your good times continue.
