Well I hope she's got the sunshine now that we've got here!Short shower but very sharp. The weather is moving across the mountains across the bay really fast. Wish I'd remembered to bring one of the tripods down with us, would be a really fab day to do some time lapse photography.

Sorry to hear about your dad, Sue. Hope the news is better today.
Good news for Spirit, LIR and everyone else I've missed on my catch-up.
I missed all the excitement of the new look forum and am now watching Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.0 -

One of my housemates is a fan of some programme about air accidents (not their line of work). Apparently there have been loads of series.
Can't say it's my kind of thing. At all!0 -
Nor mine Nikks. I'd rather watch a Disney movie. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I'm interested in how/why they came down, so long as the length of that is one sentence.... certainly not interested in watching a whole programme/reconstruction, nor listening to industry experts with models and diagrams.0

Properties seem to be like London buses, none for months and months and then 2 within 2 weeks. sighs.
So 2 similar properties but in different areas, both come with parking and are very near to stations.
More expensive one looks to be underpriced by as much as 10%. Cheaper one is top price. Is it worth paying the extra now for the potential gain later? Both would rent for the same initially but that is because the more expensive one has a really good tenant in there at the moment, so wouldn't get rid of them for the sake of a bit more rent, but the going rate for the more expensive one would be a bit more.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I think I would go with the more saleable one as if the market turns down it is the dross that suffers worst.I think....0
