When we bought our house in 2006 we had just been gazumped on a different house by Mr X.
On a quiet facebook group I found a property not yet on the market, made enquiries and it is being sold by Mr X.
If only I wasn't a nice person.

Oh, keep forgetting to tell you lot about this...
Since weather got warmer we've been more in touch with our near neighbors. OH was chatting to the one from other half of our semi, who told him about a thing we missed a couple of weeks ago. Police helicopter hovering overhead and shining lights down on backs of houses. We didn't even hear it! Anyway it seems someone climbed into back garden of house about 3 houses away from us, climbed onto flat roof, and then began to attempt to break into house through roof by taking off tiles!
Since then OH has replaced broken bulb in security light outside kitchen. Only taken 6 months! <rolls eyes>0 -
Do we know what happened with Clarkson or is everyone jumping to conclusions?
I doubt he'll get the sack as Top Gear is a very successful program.0 -
British Gas being incompetent, moved nearly a year ago they transferred the electricity account ok. The past month or more CS been trying to sort out why I can't submit meter readings and they today asked if I had transferred to Scottish power, so I think they likely forgot to transfer the gas.When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.0
