If I were really, really bored and remotely mechanically inclined I might be able to get the windows to fart harmonically.
I'm not that bored however and definitely not mechanically inclined, so it's not going to happen.
Besides, the wind has picked up and they've now started snoring instead of farting.
Or at least I think they have, that could just be Mrs McT fallen asleep on the couch, I should really go and check but may just finish this glass of whisky first.....

Well it's not going to drink itself!
Indeed.
Drank it, and have now poured another.
Waste not, want not, and all that...:)
It may be required to numb the tirade of verbal abuse that is possibly heading my way tomorrow morning when I inform Mrs McT that this little jaunt we are planning around the world will involve 'much larger than she currently thinks' quantities of.........
Camping.
I fear she may suffer an acute case of LDS* but being the kind, caring and considerate husband I am, have stocked the house with sufficient quantities of medicinal remedies** to alleviate her pain through the worst of the symptoms.

Yeah, camping. Can't say I'm a fan either.0

I'm most certainly not a fan.
But have survived it previously when I have to, and think this trip will be worth it.
Besides, I intend to distract Mrs McT with a catalogue of glamping accessories, and forget to mention the bumper dumper until we're on the road....
Failing that, I have a mate at Diageo who can sort me out with one of these essential campsite accessories....
Which will either sedate Mrs McT to the point she stops nagging, or sedate me to the point I no longer care.
Either solution is a good one.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

If anyone is interested I wrote up the cup final on a different website:
To Australia Stadium in Homebush for the Final of the AFC Asia Cup 2015: Australia vs South Korea.
The trains were packed and we got to our seats on the stroke of kick off, right behind the goal with the main bank of Korean supporters directly in front of us: even at the Soccer* Australians aren't that fussed about crowd segregation.
It was a beautiful late-summer evening. Warm but not hot, pretty low humidity (for Sydney!) and a gentle breeze. Perfect weather for watching football.
From the off, Australia were determined to take the game to Korea. They were playing a high-intensity, pressing game, and when they had the ball were happy either to knock it about the back four or hit one long over the high line that Korea were playing. Australia absolutely dominated possession in the first period but perhaps were lacking a cutting edge up front against a side that was happy to park the bus and hit Aus on the break.
There were a few chances but nothing really clear cut then right at the end of the half Sainsbury (a player I suspect will end up playing for someone like Stoke in the EPL) knocked a long pass forwards to Luongo who swivelled and shot past the keeper: 1-0 just moments before half time. 76,000 people in the stadium and the place is jumping. The Aussie Soccerati have adopted the 'Ol!, Ol!, Ol!, Ol!....Ol!.....Ol!' chant using (and this is the clever bit) the word Aussie instead of Ol!. How do they think of this stuff?
Second half and the Koreans come out ready to take the game to the Green & Gold. It's their turn to dominate, especially in the first 30 minutes of the half. Loads of yellow cards from a ref who seems as one eyed as Lord Nelson. Kruse managed to see yellow for diving and needed to be stretchered off, such was the extent of the injuries picked up in the dive. As Tim Cahill, the talisman, had gone off a few moments earlier, Aussie fans were desperately hoping the Socceroos could hold on 'til the end of the game. All 3 subs had been used up quite early and surely the hyped fitness of the Green and Gold before the match would now be negated.
Then deep into injury time Ki takes back a give and go to play a sublime pass to Son who finds the small gap between the keeper's hand and the far post. Extra time.
On we go. Nerves are frayed but from the start it's clear that the Aussies are simply fitter than the Koreans. The Koreans are going down all over the place with cramp whereas only one Aussie did in the whole extra 30 and that was right at the end (and probably trying to eat up a bit of time). The in the dying seconds of the half, Juric manages to wrest the ball from Korea after an almighty tussle and puts through Toisi: 2-1.
The game then really just gets played out. It's nervy stuff in the stands but TBH the Aussies were very professional about it and did what was needed to be done.
What a match! What an atmosphere (I love a match with a happy atmosphere). There was a bit of a scuffle after the second Aussie goal: some beers were thrown at the Korean fans and a few Koreans decided that someone deserved a slap as a result but generally the game was played to a group of fans who just wanted to enjoy the spectacle.
Blatter came on to present the trophy and was booed as a pantomime villain. I guess he's used to it now. Cue fireworks, confetti and 'Weeeee are the Chaaaaampions my frie-end' (?We are the Chaaaaampions of the Woooorld? Asia surely).
A great night out regardless of whether you call the game soccer, football or anything else.

Well that went slightly better than expected.
Made her a latte and some breakfast. Mentioned in passing I reckoned we'd be camping a bit north of 75% of the time for almost a year.
Got a single raised eyebrow in response but no shouting.... yet.
Lets see how the rest of the morning goes.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Good point.
I may have to closely monitor any route suggestions to ensure they're not all diversions to the nearest spa resort.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Josh's latest drum cover....he had never played this or practiced it before and in fact, it was the first time he had heard the song all the way through, so he was learning as he played.

He's actually had it cut and dyed a bit just before the new year hehe.....he's lost weight though so it is probably looking longer as the body is slightly more steamlined. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0
