Good news, shame it was such a struggle to get them :(

    ....

I'm quite like a kid. I can plummet fast, but respond well to things quickly too. :o.

I enjoyed going for a little walk today a great deal. I marched round local town quite briskly, lots of pent up energy from lolling about to much, poor little kiwi bouncing about on springs of 'yes, finally! We're out again' ahead of us, But as soon as we got home I knew I wasn't going to get anything done today apart from that. :o

Has anyone seen the film Ted? Its on tv tonight and we cannot decide whether to watch that or something else.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    Hi Lemon

Our old house came up for sale, we planned to go and view but it has sold within a week...I thought they could have asked a bit more. Asking price was 50% more than they paid in April 10, they have decorated.

Clearly a ceiling on the effects of Wow factors.

Something to bear in mind. Round here, a made-over-with-wow-features will give you a wow price (though may take longer to sell, as PN says there are only so many people with wow money). Adding a super wow feature may put you ahead of other wow houses, but may not get you more money.

Your sheds are bigger than my house. Each of them, individually, are bigger :)

Could you start a caravan park in the garden with the space? :)

That is a non-starter for so many reasons. Starting with no caravan access. House is built to the plot boundary on one side and a normal path way width on the other.

I'd live the way you did, if I had a bigger house and deeper pockets :)
My life's based on lack of income and lack of confidence that any short upturn in fortunes will continue. e.g. if I get a job, every day I assume it'll be my last....

I'm a bit lost. If you can't find work, can't you apply for benefits?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Taste a bit, see if it whets your appetite. :)

when you don't eat ( properly) for a while your appetite can disappear and your stop craving food. This is what makes not eating easier often for those with a propensity to not eat ( or not eat sufficiently) for prolonged periods.

Just see if you you like it a little. If you don't, fine. If you do, fine. :).

And don't forget: you can stick it in the fridge until tomorrow, and/or freeze it for another day when you do fancy it. Often the process of cooking food means that when you've got to the end bit, the eating bit, you've gone off it.
  • It's been so windy lately in Scotland a couple of my windows have started farting as when a big gust hits the house at just the wrong angle air forces it's way past the seal.

It was mildly entertaining at first, but now it's mostly just annoying.

Do you think you could tune it?
