I've always had poor/bad sleeping/waking patterns.
Last night I fell asleep, badly, before 9pm and woke up at midnight and 4.30 and 7.30 - between these times I was tossing and turning. And the night before I had similar and ended up sleeping "upside down" from where I'd started.
Do the robinsons drinks include artificial colouring? They can cause sleeplessness, and you are drinking quite a lot of their stuff.
Edit. Just looked at the list of ingredients, which is a mile long. But they claim no artificial flavours. http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=254854147No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I'm getting them at £1/bottle at the moment. I thought to transition to squash from Pepsi I should go for a brand that I knew I'd enjoyed in the past, hence the big brand name. Once weaned off, I can then try other cheaper brands (although I've tried the Lidl 89p ones and they're fine). I thought if I focussed on "cheap" at first they might be nasty and I'd give up too soon
I picked up a wine box from Lidl yesterday, to keep the bottles neatly beside the fridge. I thought that'd work - unfortunately six bottles of squash has a slightly larger footprint than six bottles of wine, so I can only fit five bottles in the six-pack box. But five in reserve's enough - and they're all pretty colours
I have one bottle on the go at a time, so that's kept in the fridge. The others are unopened. I wouldn't want to start having 2-3-4 opened bottles on the go.
80 calories/bottle as bought from the shop. Diluted down that's 16 calories/litre. Costwise it's 20p/litre once diluted.0 -
Pn I'm really I impressed . Its a big change for your health. My gastro doctor is one of those very opposed to sweeteners and the dentists on the board voice strong opinions on what to drink between meals.
I love water, and have to keep well hydrated,in fact I have to drink very large amounts, but luckily i am usually only to happy to do so! but I find it hard in colder months too sometimes and do find a bit of flavour can occasionally help one over the hump. I'd try drinking a couple of glasses of neat water a day too, enjoy your cordial and cordial and water as water. Maybe think of them as drinks for different times of day?
( does this mean I shouldn't keep Pepsi max for when you visit so as not to whet your appetite for the stuff again? )0 -
We have the same stuff. Are you meant to refrigerate it after opening? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I'm with Sue on sleeping problems - I am awake several times in the night, never feel rested in the morning.
I don't drink any fizzy drinks or coffee either. One or two mugs of tea a day, and I drink water the rest of the time, no juice, squash etc. . Maybe 2 glasses of wine a week. I should be healthier than I am!0 -

Absolutely keep it! I'll still be drinking it, but rein it in so it's back to being "a treat" and not the norm.0
