Yes. :). There are loads of 'flavoured mints' . They smell/ taste of the thing. Chocolate mint is planted under our window bird feeder because I thing its a bit ......not nice. It does smell of chocolate mint though and fir lives it, but its the one I least mind being covered with bird poop because I imagine I'll actually use it once in a blue moon.

I only worked out that Lime Mint must be a plant when I could not find it on Ocado. :o
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    Gen, what are you like?

Hope you wake up with a somewhat less befuddled brain tomorrow. You sound as though you are preoccupied at the moment.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

That may explain the rather odd sleeping/waking pattern you used to have....

I never drink coffee, we got an old coffee machine from my DB so tried it out, I had half a cup of weak coffe mid afternoon and barely slept that night.

Oxo Tower can't be 300 feet tall - then again The Shard is more like 300m?

I don't drink coffee or fizzy drinks...goodness knows what explains my beggered up sleeping pattern!

Josh's 18th birthday today, I feel officially old.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I've replaced my diet Coke addiction with a coffee addiction.

No sugar still, but I'm still trying to work out whether I'm better or worse off.

Congrats, and happy birthday from me :)

Think rotting teeth and caffeine overload. Did you have headaches in withdrawal?

It's sugar free. No headaches, but, thinking of it, there were two days when I did take 2 paracetamol/Ibuprofen as I had a headache, but nothing horrendous. I put it down to eye strain from the PC

I don't have sugar in my drinks either!

Fizzy drinks have never appealed to me, I may occasionally want a gulp of some (but that is it, just a gulp, I could never have a whole can or even half a can!). Coffee I have never liked, I don't like the smell of it or the taste of it, to the extent that even the smell of coffee will have me retching.

And I still have. My waking/sleeping pattern could be attributed to my speshulness, it's one of the things on the list.

    I've always had poor/bad sleeping/waking patterns.

Last night I fell asleep, badly, before 9pm and woke up at midnight and 4.30 and 7.30 - between these times I was tossing and turning. And the night before I had similar and ended up sleeping "upside down" from where I'd started.
