Once they sit down and relax, all these unwanted visitors have a cheeky arrogance about themselves don't they.

Oh yes this one kept chasing 5 month old cats for dinner, next door has a bit of a cat problem you see. So i had to chase him off a few times myself.

DW's organisation talks about 'stroke survivors', which seems a suitably positive term. It is forward looking with essentially three aims:
Rehabilitation, which can take a long time and needs perseverance and encouragement.
    Circumventing any limitations.
Making changes to reduce the risk of a recurrence.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

And I have 1 neutered westie. Thanks for that, trev, I feel utterly inadequate now!

26,488 generations of Westies would be a lot of dogs.

Pop round to your local library. They'll rehome them for you. ;)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

How much is 5 to the power of 26,488? Does the local library have access to parallel universes to store them all?

Why not pop in and ask them. Or phone up. There's a library in Herts that might have the answer to that. A very helpful lady.

I see Sarah Beeny's got a new programme, starting on Monday night at 8.30pm on Channel 4 (I think they said)

How to Sell Your Home.... those NPs using an associated business, or an agent, might like to watch and check they've covered all the points :)

I'm not sure I have. I have a viewing at 5pm. I'm lying on my bed. Mojo has disappeared.

I'll be sure to pop in and say 'ook'. Librarians are endlessly amused by that.

Edit: This is a reference to Terry Pratchett, by the way. If you don't read his stuff, it will be pretty meaningless, I'm afraid.

Went to the doctor this morning, sent me to A&E. Had ECG, blood tests, chest x-ray. All normal :)

The doctor who saw me was amazing. Lovely, and very beautiful :o I got a bit bashful with my shirt off I think. She was an excellent phlebotomist, too, which I always look for in a woman.

It was one of those realisation of getting older moments this morning, as the doctor who saw me this morning was younger than me

So go back to the GP and see if they can suggest what did happen.
ECG and blood tests are of limited usefulness some days after the event though.
