Feel slightly guilty now about posting the wine/price article.....:(

In the unlikely event I ever end up at a NP meet, I shall remember to bring along a jolly good bottle of red.:o

OH and I were chatting about cheap walking holidays in the UK and we have never been really far north an feel we should go up your way one day...just for a week....and I would love to visit the isle of Harris and maybe another Shetland isle.
The train from St Pancras is direct via Manchester I think.

Don't know if we'll do it next year or 2016 but we feel we just want to 'live' a bit as, for 30 yrs, it's all been toil and stress.

You'd love it up there, beautiful part of the world, and really good value to be had at the right times of year.... I'll jot down some local knowledge and inside tips re places to see/stay/visit and PM you at some point.

I have a cold house....a very cold house with non working central heating.

He had it all working earlier and then it broke. They tried a new pump but that didn't improve things, so now a different new part has been ordered to hopefully fit tomorrow.

I've got the old oil filled radiators out but as we have been out to Josh's chamber concert tonight (and I won't leave them on when we are out) and the heating man had all the windows and doors open all day, it's blooming chilly in here.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Thanks all.

    The longer version is:

    - Parotid gland (when I had Leon) is completely clear
    - Throat has exactly the same tissue damage as last time (no worries then)
    - Some small damage in my lung. Might be cancer but probably an infection of some sort.

    So pleased, Gen.

Is there anything you can do to lessen the stress in six months time, when you repeat the process?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    Drink more?

I suspect it gets easier as time goes on. Having less gap between test and results might help.
