    Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
    Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.     :)

    DD ordered ours so I have no idea what number we are.I had assumed it would arrive within weeks. naive I suppose.

    I don't mind ( or didn't used to) wearing odd socks but not of different material or thickness. I prefer them to match now. :)

    All my socks are black, M&S boys - the largest size is just right for my size 36 feet. Regular adult socks start at 37-41, which just go baggy round my feet and get uncomfortable.

    I've bought them in two sets, and you can tell them apart from the writing inside the top elastic. But they pair well enough even if not 100% matched.
