So we came to a decision.

I'm going to sell posh ready meals and, if I can get away with it, sell them as hot food too at Farmers Markets. Target market is dual workers with kids and older people. I might also make and sell chutney etc as a bit of a side line from time-to-time.

Start at Farmers Markets but also sell online. Start off producing from home. Have recipes for all the products online to show that it really is all good wholesome food.

this sounds like a good start up and your plan for choosing a house with suitable kitchen and trading acar for van makes it sound as if you can minimise cash outflow on infrastructure to get going. good news on thecontract extension, gauranteed income whilst you get started on the new venture is more than useful so do the day job with a light touch and start commiting energy to your new venture.Good luck and here is to new beginnings. the poem Invictus includes the line "I am the master of my fate". it is really inspirational to think this when seizing back control of life .

Falling is horrid spirit, but you do get used to it and laughing at your self.

However, are you sure you aren't trying too hard too soon? Please make sure you are sensible about what you carry ATM, choose sensible foot wear and clothing still.

You do get used to it, if you need to. I don't think you'll need to, :)

on a flight to LA once oh was in the end seatof the centre aisle the two middle seats occupied by two small children of mixed race and their mother of black ethnic origin at the other end of the row.

throughout the journey the mother slept and the cabin crew assumed OH was the childrens dad. he attended to all entertainment, meal and drink choices, he declined to take the smallest child to the toilet at which point the mum was woken.
:D that's so funny to read, but can't have been funny at the time - very forbearing of Mr Spirit!

We often did the Eurocamp/Canvas Hols/Keycamp thing (depending on which company happened to work out cheapest that year), very relaxing, in fact I think a lot of people with very young children find a tent more relaxing than a mobile home - perhaps because it's such a complete change and there are no steps for the littlies to fall down ;) We wouldn't cope with a tent now though. OH and I went on our own last year, for the first time in several years; we went to Camargue and then down to Tuscany, where the campsite was beautiful but all the paths were made of sharp stones, so that at any given time there were several toddlers nearby crying because they'd fallen over and hurt their hands and knees. I think the surface must have been chosen for better drainage, but it wasn't very child-friendly. (The actual pitches were grass, though.)

Sorry to hear about your fall :( I'm impressed that the hospital/rehab taught you how to get up before they let you go home. I didn't know they did that. Thinking of you.

Generali, this new venture is named after the dancing angels, isn't it? Please.

i see that as more of a name for a range of foods within the brand . It may be too esoteric to appeal weekly buyers but be apt for the entertaining. dessert,or gourmand .

On the basis that near the front of the alphabet is good, how about Able Aardvarck? (For Gen's new venture.)
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Is 'dancing angels' a widely known term in Oz for very tasty food? I've never heard it used anywhere before on here. Just thinking of recognition of brand meaning.

Angels is near the beginning of the alphabet.

    I think it would work.
