Well, had to do a spot of online banking and discovered that Pureprofile have now credited my account, so have updated my sig.

On the down-side, my son phone to say he is stuck in london as he has lost his Oyster card and train ticket. The Oyster card is not an issue as he can report it lost and they will cancel it and issue a new one with all the remaining credit transferred across.

Cost me £23.60 for a new train ticket back to Marks Tey for him, so not in the best of moods considering that is almost 30% of my benefits money gone.

  • Hasn't he some means of paying you back, patman? It's hardly fair for you to have to foot the bill (except temporarily) when you have so little income yourself (which he is no doubt aware of).

I hope things look up for you soon:beer:. You have had more than your fair share of bad luck recently.

Got another call from him. They won't replace a lost/stolen card, so that's another £15 transferred. He has £30 comimg back due to a failed O/c top-up, so he will pay that to me along with £10 from hi next benefits payment.

    Hi guys,

Well I've reached my £1k target!!!

So happy :D I decided to prioritise it over the CC - I know it isn't the most mse thing to do but it's what I felt most comfortable with and it's a hug psychological boost to have meet a target. I just need to keep it there now!
